Picking Peaches at Schneff Farms

Just warning you, in an effort to live life to the fullest, my sister and I have a giant list of adventures planned for the summer. Part of this includes a goal to spend at least 2 hrs of ever day outside. There will be an abundance of pictures.

Perhaps I should say an excessive amount of pictures.

My family is now starting to quote my line of "The adventure is only as good as the pictures you take." And since it's my family, it is inevitable misquoted to suit the situation. I don't really believe the line so much, but it does embody the sentiment that every life looks magical in pretty pictures. Plus, my bro-in-law hooked me up with a copy of Lightroom which makes sorting and editing my pictures waaaaaay easy. All of this leads to tons of pictures and since I redesigned my blog (Thanks Angela for the header! I'm trying to work out a few kinks in the code and then I'll put a shout out for you near the top) to accommodate larger pics, you will see BIG pictures. Anyways, here was last Friday's fun.

Big Sis brought her nephews for the party. In case you wondered if we kidnapped some small black children.

Don't stray off the path for better photo-ops. And yes, the velcro shoe is mine, not the toddlers. Knots are hard :)

Perhaps I should have shaved my legs before this sexy calf action. But instead we'll focus on how buff the angle makes my calves look.  Do you know every year there are kids in biology who think black people have an extra muscle in their calves? No lies.

Make-up is highly over-rated. I want the world to see natural faces more often

I love the big pictures, and had noticed and liked the new blog header before; very cute!

Love the new look of the blog and the great pictures! I have the same opinion of makeup- natural is better. My only question is how you will survive two hours outdoors in the AZ heat?

It is beautiful! And thanks for forgetting how your daughter took a spill. My heart is still sad about that. I feel like perhaps it cast a down shadow on the trip. :(. But everyone looks great with your shots and editing skills. I however look exhausted! Oh well, like you said, make- up is over rated. I love you. And 7 pm has been a gorgeous time for walks, so take that AZ heat.

I wish I could have been there!! It looks like you had so much fun :) Everyone will just have to come up here and pick blueberries at the blueberry farm near my apt.
