Glass Etching

What do you get when you cross a science teacher and a stay at home mom?

Highly toxic chemicals used to make creative houseware.

Here are some wedding presents I made for a friend.

I filled it with green water so you could see it better

Essentially you have a friend cut some vinyl for you (in a few weeks, I can be that friend for you) and tape the negative on your glass.

Add some stinky etching creme and try not to die. Rinse it thoroughly, and voila!

  2. I got 2 sets of pyrex glass pans for my wedding. I almost re-gifted one of the sets until I realized it was etched with my name! That would have been funny right? I love that it already has your name on it- instead of masking tape every time you loan it out!

  3. Just don't try to make some extra money by making drugs :)
